Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Inaccuracies or omissions may lead to delays in processing or even cancellation of the order. If our system detects any issues with your address, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response during this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We understand the frustration that comes with lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once we hand over your package to our courier partners, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@rookkies.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
In such cases, we recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim, as they often have specific procedures for lost or stolen items and may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide updates.
Please note that Rookkies cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything in our power to help resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.
In some instances, the courier may successfully locate the package and deliver it to you. If the package remains unfound, we suggest filing a police report.
