We believe in the effectiveness of our offerings and recommend that you try them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If, after 14 days but within our 60-day money-back guarantee, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@rookkies.com.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that any order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the order entering processing. Should you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

We have confidence in our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to fully appreciate the benefits of Rookkies. If you remain unsatisfied and wish to return your items, you may do so after the 14-day period and within the 60 days covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees, where applicable, are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, like dented boxes, that does not affect the product's condition is not classified as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@rookkies.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by external factors, including courier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you face any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an error occurs and we are not informed within 24 hours of your order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
